PANTS

Before you buy: Check for 2-3cm of inlay if you want to extend the legs. 

For cuffs, you need lots of material: a 30in inside leg needs 9cm extra.

Don’t even think about adjusting... the waist more than two inches – the pockets will be out of position.

Shirts

Before you buy: Veer too big rather than too small, as sleeves are easier to shorten than lengthen. 

Don’t even think about adjusting...the chest, as it’s largely unalterable.

Jackets

Before you buy: Whether it’s economical to change the sleeve length depends on the cuff buttons. If they function, it will need to be altered (expensively) at the shoulder. 

Don’t even think about adjusting...the shoulders themselves.

velvet slippers

Velvet slippers are a very difficult subject to write about. They are equally difficult 'shoes' write about. As so much of the objects I talk about on this blog, men like it, or they don't like it. Quite a controversial shoe ! They can be combined anyway, with whatever kind of pants, with whatever kind of look. Just experiment? u will not find this with every tom and jack of Nairobi .let the pictures speak
